Trust me, If I could go back, I'd forgo a bunch of Big Macs and pizzas, if it meant I could have my health back.
Sadly, we're not only wrecking our own health with processed foods and fast food junk, we are destroying our kids' health before they ever leave home. In the U.S., we are seeing a surge of adult-type diseases in our kids such as Type II diabetes. What a tragedy...

A busy morning, may just be a piece of sprouted toast with peanut butter and honey, along side seasonal fruit. If we don't have 5 minutes to prepare this...we certainly don't have time to hit a drive thru, or donut shop. I consume several servings of dark leafy greens each day, and I always have a fresh supply ready to eat, so if busy-ness hits during other meal times...we can reach for a healthy salad. It does not take more than 5 minutes to toss on any nuts, seeds, etc. onto a bed of greens. I also keep a supply of brown rice, already prepared in the fridge. This is used for so many dishes throughout the week, and is a huge time saver.
