I, too, like you Kim , am very hollistic minded when it comes to my family's health (and that includes  my 4-legged variety  also).  I have been in the health field my entire adult life.  While attending high school I worked vacations & summers for a prominent heart specialist as a typist filling in results of yearly physical exams for CEOs of large corporations.  I continued during school breaks while attending Ohio State University as a dental hygiene student.  After graduation, I worked the next 25 years as a dental hygienist.  At present I am an ABO certified optician & own a green technologies dealership that helps people breathe better air, drink better water  & offers a laundry solution that not only helps the planet, it saves the owner time & money every time they do laundry. I am passionate about helping people realize that health is wealth. 

 Thus, you are not what you eat, you are what you absorb!   Air, water & nutrients are all vital to good health & what we absorb is the key to good health
