Okay, I'll jump in here. ChiRunning and ChiWalking are techniques that help people run or walk with greater ease, energy, efficiency ... and without injury. Thousands of runners have been able to either achieve their goals, or find that they can run pain free by learning good biomechanical technique and by a mindful approach where they treat their exercise as a practice rather than a sport. The technique draws from some of the principles of T'ai Chi and you use the power of your core instead of over using your legs. Some of the ways that people benefit include building great posture, strong core muscles, reduced injuries, relaxed limbs, faster recovery, less stress on their body and comfort and efficiency on hills. Hi Kim

I work part timefor a company called Beachbody and we are a nationally known infomercial company and produce in-home workout plans. Maybe you have heard of Power 90, P90X, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, The 10 Minute Trainer and our newest release, Insanity!! These are our products. We have been around for over 10 years and have over one million cstomers.

Anyway, I've been using their products for years and love the results I've seen and felt from the workouts. Honestly, the workouts are more fun and more challenging than going to the gym. I started using the P90X program after watching an infomercial for it... I was at a point that I needed to do something different because my gym routine just wasn't motivating anymore and I stopped seeing results.

I liked Beachbody products so much that I actually signed up to be a Online Health Coach for them...I knew I would be able to speak about the company and the their products not only from experience but also from the heart.

I also coach for Beachbody. The product I would highly recommend for 2010 is Shakeology. It is simply AMAZING. I have lost 6 pounds in a month using Shakeology to replace one meal a day.

I would love to inroduce a magnificent machine called the PEMF [Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field-working with a person's natural energy and ability to help one heal their own body. From a painful back or body to arm/hand swelling to bone mending-this can ease the discomfort and allow a ground for better healing]
