Making the "perfect time" to do anything is always up to us. We all have the same 24 hours each day. Mindset is the biggest factor as to what we are able to accomplish each day. Agree?

This is why it's so great to read Biographies & Autobiographies of people who have achieved great things. We all have the same 24 hours...it's what we do with it each day that counts!
