Give healthy this year. It's alright to give sweets for Valentine gifts but make sure they are healthy. Below, I've listed some suggestions for a Healthy Valentine:
Edible Arrangements, Gourmet Gift Baskets and your local farmer's market are great places to purchase food baskets. Local gyms or studios will supply exercise gift certificates and maybe even spa services.
These are just a few suggestions but you can also be very creative. Build a gift around health. Whether it be healthy food, activity or even non-activity (very busy people may need to just rest). There's no better gift than the one of health.
