Comment by Jennifer Watson on February 20, 2012 at 12:11pm This stress away strap is a great tool. My husband uses something very similar which he was given by his physiotherapist. For older people with less mobility, my product provides seated exercise which does similar things. It also helps to improve circulation, flexibility, muscle strength, balance and mobility in the lower body. It keeps the body in alignment while working the muscles and joints of feet and legs. It is a great help for knee and hip problems and packs up to pop in your pocket to carry and use anywhere.
